After shortlisting, rank is based on interview scores. If tied, then marks based on Clinical Audit, Teaching and Publications/Presentations.

3 stations with 2 interviewers per station asking 2 questions each worth 18 marks:

  • 5 marks: Publications & presentations, Teaching, Audit, Commitment to Specialty
  • 4 marks: Clinical procedures, Exceptional Undergraduate/FY performance
  • 3 marks: Courses, Leadership,
  • 2 marks: Degrees

Clinical station marks

  • Clinical skills & Knowledge
  • Judgement under pressure & prioritisation
  • Communication
